Residential Operations Internships

• Assist in everyday office tasks, including answering the phone
• Basic clerical work related to entering new client data
• Contact utility companies about progress of projects
• Help print and assemble informational mailings
• Answering potential customers’ questions about rebates and incentives

Commercial Operations Internships

• Assist in everyday office tasks, including answering the phone
• Basic clerical work related to entering new client data
• Contact utility companies about progress of projects
• Help print and assemble informational mailings
• Answering potential clients’ questions about rebates and incentives

Sales Internships

• Learn how to qualify homes and businesses for solar.
• Assist in everyday office tasks, including answering the phone
• Basic clerical work related to entering new client data
• Help print and assemble informational mailings.
• Answering potential customers’ questions about rebates and incentives

Marketing Internships

• Assist in everyday office tasks, including answering the phone
• Work on EDDM campaigns, from design and print all done in-house
• Learn social media ad campaigns and google AdWords campaigns with an industry leader
• Work at shows and events (when available) to help educate the public to the solar options available to them
• Learn review management
• Work on data segmentation for email campaigns

Business Intelligence Internships

• Assist the BI teams with daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Assist in building reporting through Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and Zoho CRM programs
• Assist in the development of workflows and automations by using program like Zapier and Zoho
• Support the Marketing/Operations/Sales teams by collecting, reporting and analyzing sales and financial data

Administrative Internships

• Assist in everyday office tasks, including answering the phone
• Booking appointments/ meetings for our conference room
• Keeping office calendars up to date
• Weekly inventory of office supplies
• Support Human Resources Department when necessary
• Tidy up after Renu office events

Field Internships

• Learn how to install solar from start to finish
• Get exposure to modules, inverters, electrical wiring, battery storage systems, etc.

Service Internships

• Learn how to service and repair solar and energy storage systems
• Get exposure to modules, inverters, electrical wiring, battery storage systems, etc.

You’ll gain valuable experience in the industry by: 

• Working closely with all departments across the company
• Learn the integration between operations, marketing, and solar sales
• Projects will be assigned to you based on your strengths and interests and the company’s needs
